Digital twin to decision engine: our roadmap

6 min read · Delta Astra · Updated Jul 2026

Delta Astra's roadmap has three acts: capture the site as a measurable twin (today), have AI read that twin automatically (2027), and turn reading into foresight — predicting risk and orchestrating decisions across a portfolio (next). The through-line: from documenting the past to shaping what happens next.

Today — the living twin

Self-capture or managed capture, interior and exterior, becomes a survey-grade twin with measurement, CAD overlay, split view and time travel. This is live and it's the foundation everything else stands on.

2027 — intelligence

Image processing and computer vision read the twin: progress detection, interior component recognition, deviation and change detection, and BIM-vs-reality compare — human-verified so it stays credible.

Next — foresight

Once the platform understands the present, it can project the future: schedule-risk and slippage prediction, portfolio roll-up across projects, and an open API — the one-stop platform for all things digital twin.

Key takeaways

  • Three acts: capture, intelligence, foresight
  • Capture and measurement are live today
  • AI reading of the twin arrives through 2027
  • Predictive, portfolio-wide foresight comes next

Frequently asked

What's live today versus coming later?
Capture, the measurable twin and measurement tools are live. AI progress detection and BIM compare roll out through 2027; predictive and portfolio features follow.
Will there be an API?
Yes — an open API and integrations are part of the later roadmap for connecting the twin to your other systems.
