A measurable, georeferenced 3D & 2D twin of your site, accessed through a web-based platform. Outputs include orthomosaics, 3D models, terrain models and contours. On the platform you can measure distances, areas and volumes, run cut-and-fill analysis, overlay CAD drawings and compare any two site visits side by side. Interiors are captured as 360° walkthroughs, organised by floor and capture date. Data can be exported in standard formats, including DXF, CSV, GeoTIFF & so on and reports can be generated as PDF for your stakeholders.

For sites upto 50 acres, the first drone twin is delivered within 72 hours of the initial capture flight. For very large or multi-day captures, the delivery date is confirmed in the proposal. You can choose a one-off survey or ongoing capture on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly cadence, set to match your reporting cycle. Each capture is published on the platform as a dated record, so every visit can be compared with the previous one and checked against your drawings.

Aerial surveys are delivered to survey-grade accuracy. Every flight is referenced to ground control points and run through our processing pipeline. Errors stay below 2 inches (about 5 cm) across our surveys, including sites larger than 200 acres. Volumes and cut-and-fill quantities are calculated from the same surveyed surfaces.

Pricing depends on three factors: site area (acres for aerial surveys, square feet for interiors), how often we capture, and the services you select. Plans range from a one-off survey to weekly monitoring, and every plan includes CAD overlay, cut-and-fill analysis and contours. Optional services include interior capture, quality and snag inspection, façade surveys, pre-handover snagging and aerial video. Our price list is available on request, and engagements can begin with a paid pilot on a single site.

Site access on scheduled capture days, a single point of contact and, if you want CAD overlay, your project drawings in DWG or DXF format. You don’t need any hardware or software: our crew handles all capture and processing, and your team works in a standard web browser. Consultants, lenders and investors can be given time-limited share links.
